About

I live in Shetland with my husband and am the mum of two beautiful children. These most precious relationships inspire me every day to continue becoming the truest version of myself. This has been a lifelong process of releasing and healing the layers of wounding and conditioning that has lain over me, obscuring my inner light and magic from the world. I strive to be that guiding light and role model for my children by being true to myself, loving myself and accepting myself as I truly am. Allowing myself to shine bright in a world that does its very best to keep us dimmed, programmed to play small and denying our true self as the unique being each of us are.

I love learning and geek out over many things...fantasy books, all things magic, healing and spirituality, and I'm quite the computer nerd too!! I love mixing and merging different things together which can be seen in the services I offer. I also love a good laugh and a word of warning, I do like to use the most colourful of language at times. I wasn't nicknamed the Sassy Scottish Priestess for nothing!My vision for the world, one I'm helping to co-create as a healer, is a place where we are all ourselves, owning our talents and gifts and shining our unique light out into the world. A place where all are loved and welcomed. Where we are all in a place of empowerment and taking ownership of our power to consciously create a life that feels good and fulfilling to us. To wake up each morning glad to be alive and filled with joy.

My practice is infused with a unique blend of wisdom and warmth, as I channel my energy healing craft with an engaging touch of humor and authenticity.Drawing from a diverse range of metaphysical tools, my sessions and teachings seamlessly integrate Reiki, meditation, crystals, journaling, Oracle cards, Cacao, drumming, and the resonance of my voice—which has often been described as a healing transmission in itself.I offer my boundless compassion and support, gently guiding you through your healing journey. My goal is to empower you to embrace your innate healing abilities, equipping you with powerful tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and confidence. I walk alongside you, illuminating the path to a stronger yet softer, fiercer yet more loving version of yourself. LEVEL ONE AND TWO REIKITraining for each level is five hours (depending on how many students are in the class).Level One Shoden Reiki - this is the introductory course in Reiki training. It focuses on teaching the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and fundamental techniques. During the class, you will learn how to connect with and channel Reiki energy for self-healing and for use on others.Level Two Okuden Reiki - builds upon the foundations learned in Level One and introduces more advanced techniques. It is often referred to as the practitioner level and focuses on enhancing the your ability to channel Reiki energy more effectively and for different purposes.

HEALING SESSIONSI offer two types of healing sessions. A Reiki Session or a recorded Reiki & Crystal session.Reiki Sessions can be done in person or online. They consist of a 15 minute consultation followed by a 45 minute Reiki healing, cost £50. If you wish to have a longer consultation period you can add on increments of thirty minutes for £25 each. Contact me to book one of these sessions.Reiki & Crystal Sessions are recorded and sent via email so you can listen and receive the healing energies over and over again. Send me your intention for your session and I will create a crystal grid which is a powerful tool used to amplify the energy of crystals for a specific purpose, intention, or goal. I then record a 30 minute distance Reiki session which is combined with the energy of the crystals and includes a meditation, cost £30.
